This site belongs to Sam Douglas-Bate (Sam DB). It is a simple, personal website and collects as little as possible.
What this site collects
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, your first name, last name and email address are stored securely on this website’s own server and emailed to Sam, and used only to send the newsletter.
- Essential browser storage. The site remembers two things on your device: your cookie choice and whether you have seen the newsletter invitation. Nothing else is stored.
- No tracking. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no profiling.
Third parties
- Spaceship hosts the site and its email.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google’s servers when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
